The Consulate General of Denmark in New York organizes a special tour for American architects to benefit the most from their week in Copenhagen. We will host exclusive events for the group such as: BIG Projects, Light Lab, Sustainable Demo House, Guided Tour: New Copenhagen Architecture and Design (boat & walk), Furniture Production Facility, Welcome Dinner and much more!
The tour is divided into three tracks:
It will be possible to attend the elements in one or more tracks, please indicate your interests in the registration form.
Benefits for AIA and IIDA members
Our aim is to organize a tour that will give American architects the best possible design experience and learning opportunities at a favorable price.
- No participation fee;
- Discounted flight and hotel when travelling as part of the group;
- AIA CES / IIDA CEU credits for seminars and conferences (incl. HSW and SD); and
- Access to exclusive events and visits in Copenhagen, organized by the Consulate General of Denmark.
The only mandatory element in the tour is the Welcome Dinner, the pre-payment of which serves as confirmation of participation. The Welcome Dinner costs USD 200 and will be invoiced after your registration.
Registration
When you register we will send you the codes for flight ticket and hotel discounts. We will also send you an invoice for USD 200 to cover the Welcome Dinner and to serve as confirmation of your participation.
NB! Detailed descriptions of the elements and CES credits will be available on this website from July 1st.
